Creating an environment for collaborative learning.

A School of Nursing on an Academic Medical Center Campus provides unique opportunities for collaboration and research. Thought to be the only physically connected School of Nursing and School of Medicine in the country, the facility provides a two-story, 7,600 SF elevated connector which demonstrates the commitment to collaborative learning.

Advanced learning and training space means better care.

The four-story 78,000 SF Clemson School of Nursing facility on the Greenville Memorial campus of Prisma Health significantly increases enrollment from 256 to 704 students. The four-story masonry veneer structure provides advanced simulation spaces for junior and senior level nursing students who will also be provided an opportunity to perform their clinical rotations at the Prisma facility. These high-tech spaces include a 24 bed Skills Lab, 4 Simulation Rooms, and associated Debriefing Rooms. Spaces were designed to be transparent to facility collaboration and provide exterior daylight views. The facility also provides a 250 seat Auditorium, three Tiered Classrooms, two Scale-up classrooms, and Faculty offices.
