Created to be the health hub for employees and their families.
Looking to reduce their rising medical costs, BMW engaged Batson Associates to provide Programming and Schematic Design services for a Health Center. Batson was subsequently engaged to provide full architectural services for a 25,000 square foot medical facility which provides a convenient home for primary care services for BMW Associates and their families. The exterior is designed to compliment the existing campus and high-tech performance image of the client. The interior features a healing palette of warm colors and natural materials. The facility is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and designed to achieve LEED certification.
